How a paper is made

  1. Choose the class, subject and chapters, and say how big the paper should be.
  2. Choose how many questions, the difficulty (mixed, easier or harder) and the kind of question.
  3. WISCA lays the paper out in the board's pattern and shows its total marks and an estimated time.
  4. Read every question the way it will print, swap the ones you do not like, and approve the paper.

A teacher can also write a question; it is checked and approved before a paper can use it. See CBSE paper patterns for which pattern each class follows.

What comes with each paper

  • A checked answer key for every question, and a marking scheme WISCA can print to mark from.
  • Figures such as diagrams, graphs and circuits in Science, Maths and Computing.
  • A copy for each student on A4, with a signed page code in the corner and the options shuffled copy by copy.
  • The school's name and logo in the heading, and a large-print copy with extra space for a student who needs it.
  • Hindi papers in Hindi, in the layout CBSE uses for its own Hindi papers.

Classes and subjects

Classes 6 to 12 on the CBSE 2026-27 curriculum: English, Hindi, Maths, Science and Social Science, with senior-secondary subjects such as Biology and Chemistry. WISCA is for CBSE schools only.

After the paper is given

The same paper is marked in WISCA: photograph the pile with a phone or use the office scanner, and WISCA reads the answer circles and matches each page to its student. See marking answer sheets from a phone and marking and results. Book a demo to see a paper made for a class like yours.
